We are looking for volunteers to
help us on the day, so if you
are able to help with any of the
following it would be
appreciated.

a) General help to set up stage,
bar and a couple of gazebo's for
the Village Hall sponsored
stalls - morning from 10 am
b) Raffle ticket sellers -help
required from 13:30- 16:45,
seemed to work best by standing
next to the bar as I recall from
last year.
c) People to man the:
Balloon Race sell 200 labelled
balloons – prize for furthest
travelled. Help required
13:30-16:00
Scalectrix stall - giant set of
slot cars, charge per race -
help 13:30-16:00
Coconut shy - help required
13:30-16:00
Tea's & coffees in the Village
Hall - help required 13:30-16:00
Neon Bracelet sellers – help
required 16:00-18:00
We hope to be able to draw up a
rota of volunteers so people
need to do more than a 20 minute
shift on any of these
activities.
d) Help to break down stalls as
we move into the evening
e) Help to break down the main
stage at the end of the night

Fete & Music Festival 2011
Saturday 16th July on the
village green
Dont forget the fete starts at
1:30 pm and entry is FREE. This
year’s fete is one of our
biggest ever with over 40 stalls
and attractions with all profits
going to the village hall for
upkeep or local projects. Don’t
forget to visit the Village Hall
for teas, coffees and a
selection of cakes. Toilets are
in the village hall.
